Over 25 years of running experience including participation in numerous marathons, half-marathons and other races.

Reasons I love coaching:
Coaching is a unique, fun way of connecting with students outside of class.
Watching someone finally believe in their abilities as they tap into their potential.

Experience/Passion for sport:
Ran track in high school, along with gymnastics and cheerleading.
In college I continued to compete in gymnastics and dance with the Shocketts, all the while always finding time to "go on a run."
Running brings out the best, even on the worst day.

Fun Fact:
I am about to celebrate my 32nd year of marriage to an amazing man, Chris, and we have two incredibly wonderful sons, Derek and Danny.
