Thank you for your support
I am exceedingly grateful to all of our donors who support The Barstow Fund. When you give to Barstow through a fundraising event, a mail appeal or traditions such as Tree Day, your gift makes an immediate impact on the experience of every student. Together, our gifts broaden access to the school's exceptional offerings: from the arts to athletics to a robust curriculum. My deepest thanks to parents, grandparents, alumni, parents of alumni and friends of the school who make Barstow a philanthropic priority each year. Thank you for helping to ensure our students receive a truly transformative education.

List of 4 frequently asked questions.

  • Why do I need to make a gift to The Barstow Fund after I’ve already paid tuition?

Your tax-deductible gift helps make up the difference between tuition revenue and the actual cost of running the school. This is critical because tuition covers about 80% of the cost of educating a child at Barstow. Your gift supports the school’s ability to maintain small class sizes, retain world-class faculty and bolster the programs and traditions that define the Barstow experience.
  • How much should I give to The Barstow Fund?

We don't assign amounts to those in our community. We only ask that you make a gift that is meaningful to you and your family.
  • When do I need to make my gift?

You can make your gift whenever it’s right for your family. All gifts must be received on or before June 30 to be included in the current fiscal year.
  • Is my gift tax deductible?

Yes. One hundred percent of your gift to The Barstow Fund is tax deductible.
