Cybersecurity Team Earns Gold Again

Once again, Barstow's cybersecurity team is the top Missouri finisher in the gold division of the National Youth Cyber Defense Competition.
The contest, sponsored by CyberPatriot, challenges participants to outthink and outwit digital sleuths in a series of computer security tests based on real-world situations. Following their top state finish in December, team members will compete in the national gold division semifinal on Friday, Jan. 19.

The cybersecurity team is coached by Vice President of Technology and upper school computer science teacher Scott Daniel. Congratulations to sophomores Carlos Salazar, Eshan Patel and Sam Golladay and seniors Sunny Gandhari, Justin Jeong and Chetan Thomas!

What is CyberPatriot?
