The Knights showed up and crushed the competition at the Prairie View Invitational on Thursday.
Emmett Pearce had a busy day placing 9th in the 100M, 8th in the 200M, and 3rd in the 400M, taking home some well-deserved hardware.
Joe Whitfill ran a blazing fast mile, earning a new PR, and a 1st place finish in 5:04. He capped his night off with another PR in the 800M, finishing in 6th place with a time of 2:19.
Luke Whitfill ran another PR in the mile, earning 2nd place, with a time of 5:10. He was conserving his energy, because he shaved 35 seconds off his previous 3200M best, ending his day with a third-place finish, and a new PR of 11:09.
Raj Fanaswala earned a hard-fought 5th place finish in the 300M hurdles, with fuel still left in the tank.
Jackson McNickle made his debut in the long jump, and he did not disappoint! Jumping 14'10.25" would be a challenge for the average person, but if you're Jackson, you make it look so easy.
Holly Woods earned a 5th place finish, in a blazing fast 100M.
Zoey Hrabe kicked it up a notch, earning 9th place in the 100M.
