Seniors Paint Personalized Parking Spots
Seniors kicked off the 2025-2026 school year with a creative class community building activity. On Sunday, August 17, members of the class of 2026 met at Barstow to paint and personalize their parking spots for the year.
During the summer, seniors selected spots in Lot B via a raffle and submitted their designs for approval. Through their artwork, painted directly on the pavement, they depict hobbies and activities such as robotics and Pokemon. All parking spots are painted with a palette of greens and neutrals, tying the individual designs together with a sense of unity and belonging.
The senior class will finish painting their parking spots during Late Night at Barstow on Friday, August 22.
