Knights Shine at Adrian

Barstow Track and Field competed in it's 2nd meet this week in Adrian, Missouri verse 18 other area teams. Jeff Hollis almost touched the sky jumping 6'4 and winning the high jump. Collin Hawley finished his heat of the 400 dash in first just by a lean at the finish and recorded a PR for the year. Christopher Boyce also recorded a best in the shot and discus. Kevin Vo cut his time in the 100 and 200 dash, while Tommy Langdon found success in the mile and 2 mile run. Daniel Moore ran all 3 distance races and came away with 2 PR's. The biggest success for the girls was found in Kathryn Lundgren running the 2 mile for the 1st time ever coming in 7th! Her teammates, Allie Tappan and Catherine Lang placed in their heats. It was a successful meet with all competitors cutting time of their previous bests....so proud of them all!!!
