Upper School Students Explore Colleges, Clubs

Upper school students explored new ways to get involved at Barstow and started thinking about post-graduation opportunities this week.
At Thursday’s Club Fair, students learned about and signed up for clubs focused on hobbies, academics, culture and other activities. All of the clubs are created and led by students, showcasing the varied interests of the upper school community. Clubs are open to all upper schoolers who are interested in joining.

Representatives from twenty-three colleges and universities across the country visited Barstow for this week’s Mini College Fair. Students in grades 10 through 12 had the opportunity to meet with admission representatives, ask questions and practice networking as they prepare for the college application process.

The College Counseling department has already welcomed representatives from more than fifty colleges and universities to campus this fall, giving students opportunities to learn more about their options and connect with admission representatives. See our website for the full calendar of upcoming college visits.
