Top scorers in the American Math Competitions have been announced.
Participants in the American Math Competitions are required to take an exam administered by the Mathematical Association of America. They answer 25 exam questions in 75 minutes, focusing on subjects such as geometry, algebra, area and volume formulas and probability. Students have the chance to take this exam annually in November. Students in grade 10 or lower may take the AMC-10, while students in grade 12 or lower are eligible for the AMC-12.
