Seniors Named National Merit Semifinalists
Six seniors are National Merit Scholarship semifinalists — nearly 10% of the Barstow Class of 2024.

Approximately 16,000 students across the country have the opportunity to become finalists and compete for 7,140 scholarships worth $28 million. This group scored at the highest level of academic achievement on the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT®) exam taken when they were juniors.
