Spirit & Service Week Sept. 26-30

All students are invited to show their spirit next week as the Knights prepare for a big Friday night soccer match. Besides daily themes, middle & upper school students can also participate in a meaningful service project.
Knights fans are building excitement for the home soccer showdown with the Pembroke Hill Raiders. Here are the Spirit Week themes:
  • Monday — Pajama Day
  • Tuesday — Wild West
  • Wednesday — Tie Dye & Neon
  • Thursday — Sports Jersey Day
  • Friday- Ukrainian Student Support (blue and yellow) or Barstow Spirit
Throughout the week, the middle & upper school will support Uplift KC with a clothing drive. Uplift is a mobile street outreach for people in Kansas City experiencing homelessness. Each grade will have a specific clothing item to collect. The grade that collects the most of their designated item will be rewarded with a pizza lunch. 
 
Grade 6: Long Sleeve Shirts (Men's)
Grade 7: Winter Gloves
Grade 8: Blankets
Grade 9: Coats
Grade 10: Jeans/Pants
Grade 11: Thermals
Grade 12: Hoodies/Sweatshirts
 
Student who donate at least one of their designated item can participate in a Super Mario Kart Tournament on Thursday and Friday. Students have to be signed up by Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. Brackets will be released on Wednesday.
