Students Selected to District Honor Choirs
Nearly 500 students from across Kansas City signed up to audition for the Kansas City Metro District Honor Choirs last weekend, and four Barstow upper school students earned spots in three ensembles.
Dylan Markey, Divya Dendi, Gus Ketchell and Chetan Thomas were selected to one of the most competitive choirs in the state. These students will now learn a concert program and perform a concert with the other selected musicians from around the metro for a performance on Tuesday, Oct. 26.
