Upper School Students Recognized for Scholarship

Seniors Isabel Herrera and Selena Spurrier have been named National Hispanic Recognition Program Scholars by the College Board. Four members of the Class of 2022 have also been recognized as National Merit Scholarship Program Commended Students.
To be recognized as a National Hispanic Scholar, students must achieve a qualifying score on the PSAT/NMSQT during their junior year, possess a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher and identify as Hispanic or Latinex. The program recognizes approximately 5,000 juniors from among more than 400,000 students who take the PSAT every October. Congratulations, Isabel and Selena!

Seniors Lorelei Culver, Divya Dendi, Vikas Maganti and Erin Pryor were named National Merit Scholarship Program Commended Students for their scores that place them in the top 4% (96th percentile) of juniors who took the test.
