Ruth Krigel Tivol, parent of alumna, passed away on March 10, 2022.
Ruth is survived by her children, Merilyn Krigel Berenbom Class of 1971, Kathy Hawley, James Krigel, Tom Tivol, Cathy Maslan; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many loving nieces and nephews.
Basil Freeman '09, passed away on March 20, 2022. Edward is survived by his father, Edward Freeman and wife, Patti, step-father, Darrol Schultze, sisters, Amanda Marquardt, Shannon Schultze, Brooke Freeman and Jackie Freeman, many loving family and extended family members.
James "Jim" Neihart passed away on March 26, 2022. Jim is survived by his two sons Dr. Robert Neihart and his wife Jane Satterlee Neihart '78, and David Neihart '79 and his wife Wendy Kettermen Neihart '79, and many grandchildren including Jim Neihart '06, Bryan Neihart '07, Anna Neihart Lynch '08, Brent Neihart '09, and Braden Neihart '13, and great-grandchildren.
Judy Hart, parent and grandparent of alumni, passed away on Dec. 19, 2021. Judy is survived by her sons Lance '85, Sean '87, her daughter Kendall hart Lacy '92 and son-in-law Peter Lacy '88, grandchildren Lucy Hart '19, Abigail Hart '21, Sean Hart, Class of 2024, Taylor Lacy Class of 2024, Maren Lacy Class of 2027.
Louise Davis, parent of alumni, passed away on Feb. 10, 2022. Louise is survived by her husband Woody, her children Thomas Davis '77, Carol Davis Krueger '79, Lynne Davis Kroeger '86, and several grandchildren.
Jan Phillips '53 passed away on December 11, 2021. Jan has deep ties to Barstow including her sister Diana Gambrel Huston ’69, cousins Katherine Graham Spencer ‘51 and Stephanie Stubbs Tinsley ‘62, nieces Katherine Spencer Rivard ‘81 and Elisabeth McCune Spencer ‘79, and aunt Josephine Reid Stubbs ’25.
Stanley P. Christopher III passed away on Nov. 22, 2021 in Charlottesville, Virginia. Stanley had deep connections to Barstow through the women in his life, his mother Lucia Doris Christopher Jones, Class of 1925, sister Alice Christopher Bunn, Class of 1954, ex-wife Barbara Rahm Reno, Class of 1955, and daughter Barbara Christopher, Class of 1976.
Benjamin Adams, parent of alumnus Britton Adams `97, passed away on August 11, 2021. He is the son of alumni Elizabeth Scarritt Adams '32, and brother to alumnae Elizabeth "Betsy" Adams Breed `57, and Patricia Adams McConachie `64.
Dr. Grace Ketterman passed away on July 6, 2021. Dr. Ketterman was the mother of Lyndon Ketterman '74, and Wendy Ketterman Neihart '79, and the grandmother of Bryan Neihart `07, Brent Neihart `09 and Braden Neihart `13.

Boyd Morrison '85 recently spent five days filming Miranda's Victim directed by Michele Danner, located in New Jersey. Boyd plays a bailiff, which was an extra featured role. He notes that although this was not a speaking role, you'll see his face clearly several times in a pivotal courtroom scene.
Ethan Doskey '18 submitted his play Past, Wrapped for review at The Theatre School at DePaul University during his junior year and recently received the news that his play will be showcased as a studio production. The show collides psychological drama with the genres of thrillers, "memory plays," absurdism, trance film, documentary, and film noir.
