McNeive Wins Golf Conference Tournament
Senior Tyler McNeive won the Crossroads Conference golf tournament on Monday, April 29. Barstow placed second overall. Junor David Williams and senior Dylan Markey received all-conference honors.
The team went on to take third place at the Maryville Invitational Best-Ball Tournament on Wednesday. Tyler McNeive and Dylan Markey shot a four under par 68, while David Williams and Owen Snyder shot 77, followed by Paranjay Sharma and Jackson Williams who shot 78.
Tyler McNeive received tournament medalist honors shooting an even par 72 on his own ball and being crowned the champion after a scorecard playoff with two other golfers.
The Knights will compete in the Class 3 District 4 Tournament at Mozingo Lake Golf Course in Maryville on Monday, May 6.
