  • Q. Are both parents required to sign the contract?

    A.
    No. In one household families, only one parent can sign and choose a payment option. Once the first parent signs the contract and chooses the payment option, the second parent can view the information, but is “locked out” to prevent duplicate entries.

    In multiple household families (divorced or otherwise living in two households), both households will receive a copy of the contract form and both families can submit their own signed copy, but are not required to do so. The payment plan option can only be selected by one party. The individual with the option to select the payment plan is the same as the primary individual responsible for paying tuition based on this year’s contract information.   • Q. Your Most Frequently Asked Questions

    A. Reenrollment contracts will be completely electronic this year. Below are some questions that you may have about how the process will work.

    You will receive an email with a unique log in, called a “snapcode.”  The code will link you directly to your family’s contract. You will be able to select a payment plan and pay your $150.00 deposit.
  • Q. Who will receive the email?

    A. Both parents of the child will receive an email with the contract link, if both parents have an email address on file at the school. Make sure to check your spam folder for this email.
  • Q. What if someone other than the parents pays the tuition bill?

    A. There is a place within the electronic contract to designate a different person to receive the tuition bills. Parents, as legal guardians, need to sign the contract.
  • Q. How does it work to enroll siblings?

    A. You will receive a separate email for each child with a unique code included for each child. The enrollment system will require you to enter family information only once and will roll over information into subsequent contracts.
  • Q. What if I have trouble with the online system?

    A. The Admission Office will hold special help hours before school 7:30-8:30 a.m. and after school 3:00-4:30 p.m. through January 18. Stop by anytime and we’ll be happy to help.
