  • 2017-18 Barstow Coaching Openings

    The Barstow School is seeking to employ a High School Assistant Cross Country Coach for the upcoming 2017 Fall season.  The coaching position begins on Monday, July 31 and continues with practices each weekday from 3:30pm to 5:30pm until the end of October.  Applicants should have experience as a running coach or as a competitive distance runner in the recent past.  This position is paid a stipend of $1,650.  If interested, please contact Don Stelting at don.stelting@barstowschool.org or at 816.277.0331.
     
    The Barstow School is seeking to employ a High School Assistant Track & Field Coach for the upcoming 2018 Spring season.  The coaching position begins on Monday, February 26 and continues each weekday from 3:30pm to 5:30pm until the end of May.  Applicants should have experience as a coach or former competitor in Track & Field events.  This position is paid a stipend of $1,650.  If interested, please contact Don Stelting at don.stelting@barstowschool.org or at 816.277.0331.
     
    The Barstow School is seeking to employ a High School Assistant Girls Basketball Coach for the upcoming 2017-18 Winter season.  The coaching position begins practices on Monday, October 30.  Practices are held each weekday from 3:30pm to 6:00pm until the end of February.  High school teams generally play 24 regular season games and three tournaments including the State Tournament at the end of February.  Applicants should have experience as a basketball coach or as a competitive basketball player in the recent past.  This position is paid a stipend of $2,500.  If interested, please contact Don Stelting at don.stelting@barstowschool.org or at 816.277.0331.

    The Barstow School is seeking to employ Middle School Head Basketball Coaches for the upcoming 2017-18 Winter season.  The coaching positions begin practices on Monday, October 30.  Practices are held twice a week from 6:00pm to 7:30pm until the end of February.  Middle School teams play 12 regular season games and one tournament.  Applicants should have experience as a basketball coach or as a competitive basketball player in the recent past.  These positions are paid a stipend of at least $1,000 and up to $1,200.  If interested, please contact Don Stelting at don.stelting@barstowschool.org or at 816.277.0331.
