Freshmen Bring History to Life with Empire Expo
Freshmen designed interactive projects and presented them to the sophomore class in an Empire Expo on Tuesday, November 19.
Students in Mr. Lamb’s history class worked in groups to research empires from all over the world throughout history. Subjects included the Roman Empire, Ming Dynasty, Mauryen Empire and ancient Greece.
When research was complete, each student group designed and built an interactive display to present their new knowledge to the sophomore class in an Empire Expo. This hands-on learning experience provided the opportunity to learn facts about history and then take it a step further with creativity, collaboration and sharing knowledge.
